1. The basics
Digital games can be refunded within 14 days of purchase if the game has not been extensively played or downloaded.
2. How to request
Open a support ticket from the Support page or Contact page with your order number. Most requests are answered within 24 hours.
3. Processing
Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
4. Non-refundable
Promo-code discounts are not paid out in cash; free games and $0 orders have nothing to refund. Pre-orders are refundable until 48 hours before release.
5. Faulty products
If a game is technically broken and cannot be fixed, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of playtime — just tell us.
