1. Acceptance
By creating a MegaGame account or purchasing any product, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy and Refund policies. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Account
You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under it. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to create an account.
3. Purchases & licenses
Games sold on MegaGame are digital licenses for personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, share or redistribute purchased content unless a feature explicitly allows it.
4. Acceptable use
No cheating, fraud, chargeback abuse, account sharing or scraping at scale. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or threaten other players.
5. Prices & availability
Prices, discounts and catalog availability may change at any time. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
6. Liability
The service is provided "as is". MegaGame is not liable for indirect damages. Our maximum aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
