1. What we collect
Account details (name, email), order history, library contents, wishlist, support tickets, and anonymous technical logs (IP for rate limiting and security).
2. Why we collect it
To deliver purchases to your library, provide support, prevent fraud and improve the store. We do not sell your personal data — ever.
3. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Card data never touches our servers; we only store the order outcome.
4. Emails
We send transactional email (order confirmations, password resets, ticket replies). Marketing email is opt-in only.
5. Your rights
You may request a copy or deletion of your personal data at any time from the Account page or by contacting support.
6. Retention
Order records are kept as long as required for accounting; personal data is deleted upon verified account deletion requests, minus legal retention.
